Trade Show Stand
Exhibition stand for a South American city government's tourism and investment promotion authority at IBTM Americas. The leading MICE industry trade fair in Latin America. Designed to position the destination as a premier choice for international congresses, incentive travel, and corporate events.
Dominant visual identity built around the destination's brand system: a color palette of multicolored location-pin icons translated into three-dimensional suspended ceiling elements, a full-bleed illuminated LED fascia in pattern form, and a large-scale acrylic heart sculpture as the centrepiece making the stand instantly recognizable as a branded environment rather than a generic pavilion.
Open-stage concept with a raised wood-and-blue platform, an LED screen running destination content, and the 3D heart sculpture foreground prop creating a natural photo opportunity and visitor engagement point. Designed to attract traffic in a competitive hall context.
Enclosed private meeting room integrated within the footprint: a fully wrapped interior with a large-format city skyline mural, a window to the show floor, and a formal table setup for confidential buyer and hosted buyer meetings during the event.
Multi-partner presence within a single stand: tourism bureau, investment promotion agency, and city government co-branding coordinated into one coherent visual system without hierarchy conflicts.
Full production including 3D structural fabrication of custom props, LED fascia, platform build, graphics, AV, and room-within-stand execution. All executed for a city-level government client at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.
