Full event production for a multi-day medical and business innovation congress held at a major hotel venue in Guadalajara. Covering all physical touchpoints of the attendee experience from arrival to closing session.
Custom structural entrance gateway designed as a large-scale hexagonal architectural frame with electric blue LED neon trim, creating a branded transition between the hotel foyer and the congress space setting the tone for the event identity before entering the conference room.
Digital information kiosk integrated into the entrance area for real-time agenda access and QR-based attendee interaction, complementing the reception and accreditation desk with coordinated visual branding.
Full conference room AV production: triple LED screen layout (left, center, right) with a central presentation stage, theatrical ceiling lighting using geometric yellow/gold rib structures and star-field atmosphere effects, blue column uplighting. All operated from a live production desk with dedicated lighting, video switching, and audio control consoles.
Attendee experience design extending beyond the room: branded welcome kits in custom kraft packaging with event logotype, printed participant credentials, and branded lanyards. All designed as a coherent brand system across the full congress identity.
End-to-end event production management including venue coordination, structural fabrication, AV installation, branded print and packaging production, and on-site technical operation across a two-day program.
